At Naked Biltong, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted biltong using premium Australian beef. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

🥩 Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases once the package has been shipped. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your biltong arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at sam@fieldtofork.net.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

📦 Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.

If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll liaise with the courier and offer a resolution, which may include a resend or refund.

🔁 Refunds & Replacements

Refunds will only be issued if:

Products are proven to be faulty or not as described.

Issues are reported within the timeframes mentioned above.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

We Do Not Accept Returns For

Change of Mind

Opened or partially consumed products.

Orders where incorrect delivery information was provided.
