At Naked Biltong, we’re committed to delivering your premium, handcrafted biltong quickly and reliably across Australia. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide. If you're located in a rural area or outside standard delivery zones, please allow additional time for delivery.
International shipping is not currently available.
2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is made.
5. Tracking Your Order
All orders come with tracking via our chosen courier partners. You can track your parcel using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

We’ll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Naked Biltong is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately—we may be able to intercept the shipment if it hasn’t left our warehouse.
