At Naked Biltong, we take great pride in delivering premium, handcrafted biltong made from high-quality Australian beef. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Refunds and Replacements
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:

You send photos of the issue (e.g., packaging damage or product defect).

The product is unopened and in its original packaging (where applicable).
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

Orders not collected or deliveries missed beyond reasonable attempts.

Products opened or partially consumed.
Shipping Costs
If a refund or replacement is approved due to our error, we will cover shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
